New .338 Magnum Rifle Muzzle Brake

This month we added another excellent muzzle brake to our selection from Primary Weapons Systems.  It is called the Precision Rifle Compensator or PRC for short.  It's designed primarily for precision bolt action rifles chambered for any of the .30 cal and .338 cal magnums including the popular .338 Lapua magnum.  But it also works very well on heavy barreled semi-auto rifles and rifles chambered for non-magnums like the .308 Win or the .338 Federal.  This compensator is a little larger than the FSC30 and provides for a very clean  look on a heavy barreled rifle.  It has 4 ports on each side that vent slightly upwards to very effectively eliminate dust signatures from the brake.  It also has a large expansion chamber inside the brake and the unique PWS porting design that keeps blast and flash from the ports to a minimum.  The threads are 5/8x24 right hand which is the most common thread for .30 cal rifles in the US.  For those of you who have a European precision rifle that has the metric 18x1mm threads, we will soon be stocking another muzzle brake for those fine rifles.
